- To provide safe and confidential care for pastors, missionaries, ministry leaders, and their spouses.
- To establish mentoring relationships with younger ministry leaders serving in full-time and part-time vocational ministry.
- To educate pastoral teams, church boards, and church members on the challenges, needs, and effective care for their pastors and ministry leaders.
